Flutterwave Launches Its Remittance Product, Send App, in Malawi

Africa’s Fintech Unicorn Flutterwave, has expanded its remittance product Send App, to Malawi, joining a growing list of countries where users can send money internationally.

With a newly granted license, users in the UK, US, and Canada, can now transfer funds directly to loved ones in Malawi. This development marks an exciting new chapter in Send App’s mission to bring people closer, regardless of distance. 

With over 200,000 Malawians living abroad, Send App’s expansion is designed to cater to the needs of those in the diaspora by making connections with home both easier and more meaningful.
