Fintech Association of Nigeria to Spotlight Generative AI, Digital Assets, And Financial Inclusion at 7th Nigeria Fintech Week
The Fintech Association of Nigeria, an industry-led organization representing the interests of the Nigerian fintech sector, is gearing up for the 7th Nigeria Fintech Week, scheduled for October 8-10, 2024, at The Landmark Centre in Lagos. This year’s event will focus on critical topics like Generative AI, Smart Regulation, Digital Assets, Risk Management, Cybersecurity/Fraud Management, and Digital and Economic Inclusion.
The event, which has become the largest fintech gathering in Africa, is expected to draw over 20,000 attendees from more than 80 countries, featuring over 100 speakers and more than 50 exhibitors. Attendees will explore trends shaping Africa’s rapidly evolving fintech landscape, while fostering collaboration to accelerate inclusive economic growth across the continent.
With the theme ‘Positioning Africa’s Fintech Ecosystem to Accelerate Inclusive Growth,’ the event highlights the pivotal role financial technology plays in driving Africa’s economic expansion. Participants can expect a hybrid format this year, allowing for both in-person and online attendance.
In addition to panel discussions, the event will host an investor forum where startups can pitch to select investors, a job fair that connects employers and job seekers, one-to-one meetings with regulators, and various networking opportunities.
