InnBucks MicroBank Partners with Mambu to Accelerate Digital Banking Expansion Across Africa

Zimbabwe’s InnBucks MicroBank has announced a strategic partnership with Mambu, a leading cloud-native core banking platform, to support its transformation into a fully integrated digital bank and fuel its expansion across Africa.

Launched in 2022 as a digital wallet under Simbisa Brands Limited, InnBucks has rapidly evolved into a key player in Zimbabwe’s financial sector. The fintech now offers personal and business banking, cross-border remittances, lending, and digital payment services, serving approximately 3 million users through over 500 outlets nationwide.

By adopting Mambu’s flexible, cloud-native banking platform, InnBucks aims to scale its operations efficiently, enhance customer experiences, and streamline its product offerings. The platform, built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), provides the scalability and security required to manage growing operational complexities.
