Nigerian Investment Platform Risevest Secures U.S. Broker-Dealer License, Expanding Global Investment Access

Nigerian investment platform, Risevest, has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a U.S. broker-dealer license through its affiliate, Risevest Financial Securities Limited.
Following Bamboo, this makes Risevest the second financial organization in Nigeria to secure such a license, marking a major step in its mission to revolutionize global investing.
In an email to customers on Friday, Risevest highlighted this development as a pivotal moment in its efforts to provide seamless access to wealth-generating assets worldwide. With this license, the platform can now offer both individual and institutional investors unrestricted entry into U.S. and global markets, effectively breaking barriers to international investing.
This expansion enables investors to trade across multiple locations under the Risevest ecosystem, unlocking diverse investment opportunities and broadening wealth-building avenues.
Founded in 2019 by Eke Urum, Risevest operates as an e-investment company registered under Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The platform allows users to invest in U.S. stocks, real estate, stable foreign currencies, and other managed portfolios. Risevest is also affiliated with Risevest Technologies Limited.
